Yeah, the video is still coming and in the late/final stages of editing, barring any complications. Also, if anyone has suggestions for file hosting, leave a comment. The file will be pretty large (beyond filefront’s limit) so any free or cheap suggestions would be appreciated.

  12. Many people use megaupload for huge files/videos.
    Espeacialy the new pvp vids on wcm are hosted by megavideo.
    I think noobflicks would be working well, too, but megaupload is the better choice.

  23. The people QQing that the video is not complete yet need to chill out. I see the same people crying on the Drakedog forums that neither Eviscerate X or DrakeDog 9 is out yet. Akrios is spending as much time as he can too make the video to the best of his ability. Be patient. He is taking time out of every one of his days for almost a year now just to make a promising video for other’s entertainment…so be grateful.

    I am sure when the video is finally finished, it will be a WoW video to remember. We’re at the home stretch, good luck Akrios.

  85. I don’t remember reading your opinion about the WotF nerf that is real now, what do you think? Personnaly, I think it’s so obvious that this nerf has to be linked with the race transfer feature, that this sole reason suggests that this nerf is lame.

    1) I think WotF is now still usefull but way too weak, particulartly in arenas. Plus, I think the 45sec CD feels like a “penalty” to players which is absolutly wrong. If Blizz does not want to restore the old Wotf, then maybe they can now make it a passive ability which reduces all fear / charm / sleep duration (by a significative amount, I would say not less that 30%). Oh and I was remembering that the Original WotF had a fear immunity (can’t remember it’s duration though, 5 sec ?), so why not keep the 45 sec CD and restore the imminuty? Tbh I’m not really satisfied with that, but on the other hand I think it would require testing to really appreciate it.

    2) I guess Cataclysm will revamp racials, but it becomes obvious that the Human racial EMFH (free trinket) is bound to be the ultimate racial now. It surprises me to see that Blizzard may not be conscious that this racial is kinda [b]out of control[/b], since its potency is affected by existing trinkets, which evolve and improve throughout patches & content updates. Other racials just stand the same despite any content update (there are exceptions, but unsignificants comparing to EMFH).

    On this point – and I know many ppl suggest this aswell on the official forums – I just suggest that EMFH should now become a defaut ability for ALL races.

    -First, it would help new players into the game;

    -Second, it would allow for a new human racial to replace it, and humans would feel more unique then, cause a free trinket does not feel like a real “racial” ability;

    -Third, it would allow players to equip 1 more specific trinket, which would increase gameplay diversity, allow for new strategies (“do I equip two offensive trinkets, or do I save one slot for a defensive one?”).

    Well, in two words:

    -WotF as it is now is not lame but its nerf is too big, Blizz has to change this;
    -EMFH should be given to all races, humans should be given a new racial in exchange.

  89. I agree with most of the stuff ur sugguesting. Id say 30% less fear duration would be 10 times better then the one announced. But secondly i think that ppls tend to exaggerate a bit with the human racial EMFH, it can make a difference, but i rlly think that there are other racials like well timed EA´s and the berserk racial that trolls have got. I think cutting down fear duration would make the different racials quite balanced compaired to eachother. You cant just claim EMFH is by far the best racial when its rlly situation/class dependant. EA can save ur life in many situations, stun reduction can sometimes save ur ass while berserk can help u get that little extra pressure off when u rlly need it.
