I sent an email a couple days ago. So I’m not sure if it would be affected by the trouble you were having.
It was concerning video rendering :-X
And any tips/suggestion on how you get such a great quality export. Mine come out all grainy and I’ve been messing with my settings for months.

What would you suggest? Engineering Helm or Savage/Hateful/Deadly Glad Leather Helm? Having a hard time deciding. Since the engy helm has no resil, meaning I’d put the +20 Resil gem in it along with the WG helm enchant. And it has inproved stealth detection.

i use the eng helm, with agility and stam. in my personal opinion, i think socketing to much res, which is a waste of a easy agility gem, is not worth it. As of right now, all rogues need is quick burst, res wont help much inless you have 900. i have ripped through 600res rogues, like they were butter. Getting mostly gems and gear that will help you burst is a major +
but my advice is to get the hateful/deadly offset and 2 hateful/deadly set peices.
so you have some res.
everything else should be pve (hit/agility/stam/ap) gemed and geared
but, i am just a average rogue. Idk if this is all good info.

I request some clips from Aeias’ perspective. I’ve done some hating on Akrios, which I think is justified, however, I know that it’s not a simple task to take a double DPS comp to high-rating with the state that the game is (although that sentence could be flipped around). I think, despite being a large rogue-community website, that this would be fairly popular and it could show the range of the comp that you’re playing at from both perspectives. Make it happen.

I’ll take that into thought. Though, doing 2 pieces Hateful/Deadly and the rest pve.. I’d have to go all hateful/Deadly only because I am all pvp. I dont’ do raids and rarely do Heroics or anything. Lol I don’t even like doing dailies because I have to pve >.< So far in Wrath I’ve done one instance and we didn’t even finish it (was a pug). But I will consider using Agi gem for Eng helm rather than resil. I am currently sitting at 664 resil but I still have my Eviscerator’s Bracers/Helm/Belt that I need to replace soon. Thanks for the response.

1) Is mutilate PvE fast MH, slow OH? or 2 slow/fast.
2) Same question but for PvP.
3) Is it best to stack PvE items for high burst in arena or to get as much PvP items for alot of resilience?

The mutila will be reduce damage from 50% to 30%,so will your talent also be 41 5 25??

so for mutilate pvp, u should use daggers with the highest top end dmg. since mutilate’s dmg is based off weapon dmg and adds to it always have high dmg on them. this doesnt necessarily mean go with the slowest weapons you can find bc ive seen some fast daggers with higher top end dmg than slow ones.
for arenas depending on what type of team ur on, use mostly all pve gear. the object is to get enough burst to down an oponent as quickly as possible, preferably without them even breaking your stuns buut we all know how well that always works out. id also suggest having a large amount of poisons ready in arena, that way you can either change them depending on the team u go up against, or if you have another offhand to shiv an additional poison onto the target using a weaponswap macro. titanium weaponchain is a must have for your offhand, the first thing another rogue will do in an arena to you is dismantle you to take away all ur dmg and reducing the duration of that disarm by half can give you an edge against most rogues who tend to prefer mongoose for OH.
as for pve the speed of the dagger is really preference. ive seen rogues with both hands fast daggers or slow MH fast OH. from what i saw the slow MH/fast OH put out a bit more dps, but then again they were using the best daggers in the game for it.
on another note for all those who dont pay attention in arena, when u sap someone, dont just stand there behind them the entire time, get away from them, the longer ur there the more their chance of seeing you and giving away ur position. also watch for buffs on the target that will prevent stuns/snares/poisons from taking affect on the target. be smart about it and dont waste a good stun on a dk with icebound fortitude up. ive seen so many do it that it amazes me how stupid they are.
hope this helps some of you out.

What is the font Akrios uses in his Videos? Not the Adventure SCT or the Cailbri 9.0,
The really cool type of font that he uses at the start of the video, like when he says “Eviscerate 10″
