When I was leveling up I just opened right away with 2x muti for 3-5 cps, then finishing them off with an env. And yes, you can build a 4-5 dp stack in about 4 seconds if you use double deadly. 4-5 seconds depending on weapon speed and haste is about 4 autoattacks, and 2 muties are 4 more attacks. 8 attacks in muti spex should net you a fair amount of procs. Yes, I found myself env with only a 4 stack a good amount of time, but I also found that I only got 4 cps a good amount of the time as well, due to my crit being lowered every level since my gear didn't change. @ Kiba
