After being on Gurubashi since the game was released, I made the decision 2 days ago to finally xfer off the server I called home for so long. It always had it’s ups and downs like any server but now seemed to be a good time (right before wotlk) to start somewhere fresh. The BR population here is much lower in comparison and there is a LOT more people interested in PVP than on Guru. Oh yea, they speak English also. Much respect to everyone back on Gurubashi, I’ll miss you guys.
Akrios and I are both over here now, as well as numerous close friends that decided to make the move with us. For now our Guild will PvP but might start raiding come WoTLK. Who knows.
I managed to get my hands on a BETA key yesterday also, but between work and moving (again) I have only been able to install the fairly large game file and a couple of patches. I will be adding updates on things that I have noticed over on BETA soon. For those wondering about updates on the site at least from my standpoint, there hasn’t really been anything worth mentioning lately. Except WoTLK November 13th but you already know that.
Hope to meet some of you guys on PTR and should have a BETA update within the next couple of days.

Hmmm, the BR pop is low and the server pop is high. What’s the Horde Alliance ratio? Couldn’t that mean that queue times are wretchedly slow?

Last I heard there are only ~1000 more alliance than blood elves on Cho’gall, and I believe there is a total of ~20,000 horde and like ~4-5,000 alliance?
these numbers are probably horribly skewed, but the main idea is that the horde rape us on numbers

Yeah there are more Horde than Alliance on Cho’gall, its a good server for Horde, nice PvEers and PvPers! I’m planning to xfer back when my friends can too.

hey nition im really not sure on how often you update this but, back on gurubashi shortly after s4 came out i asked you to duel my rogue. we dueled and ran around the barrens for like 2 hours and whatnot. but the reason i dueled you is because i wanted to fight you before i transfered off of guru, i transfered to cho gall back then. then today i hear the news about you and akrios over here. werd. i hope to see you guys around

Me not lately, I have a few teams playing with friends, I’m not sure about Akrios. I’ve been busy lately and not able to play that much and get to meet people over on Cho’gall. So far everyone’s been really cool and I have no regrets transferring.

Dagger speed doesn’t make a difference for Mutilate damage, it’s the damage range on the dagger that’s important. That Direbrew Shanker is essentially just a slower Emerald Ripper. It’s relatively easy to get but the badge daggers are far a better choice for Mutilate but obviously take a bit more time to obtain (in theory).
